2.1       WHY DO WE NEED YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

  • provide agreed services for our corporate customers or potential corporate customers, where the legal basis for this processing is the necessity for the performance of a contract
  • manage partnerships or cooperation relations, where the legal basis for this processing is the necessity for the legitimate interests of Good Sign
  • promote our services or services of our partners, where the legal basis for this processing is the necessity for the legitimate interests of Good Sign
  • comply with legal or regulatory demands, where the legal basis for this processing is the necessity to comply with a legal obligation of Good Sign

Since we do business with other companies, our primary need for your personal data is limited to your professional role as our customer, potential customer, partner, cooperation party, supplier, or similar.

When we do business together, when you request information about our subscription services or download material from our site, we need to ask for personal data, such as

3        WEBSITES AND USE OF COOKIES

In general, you can visit www.goodsign.com (website, our site, site) without revealing any Personal Data. We track the Internet address of people who visit our site and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but the tracked data does not include your Personal Data.

3.1       DATA WE COLLECT

We collect lists of our Visitors including but limited to blog subscriptions, contact requests, and download materials. The lists are used for their corresponding purpose. We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you with corresponding services

If you do not provide the information we request, you can still visit most of our sites, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services.

Information security and the protection of your personal data are important to us. They are an inseparable part of our software and architecture. We use generally accepted standards to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received.

Your personal data is processed only by personnel allowed to do it. We process your personal data securely and in compliance with legal requirements.

5        INFORMATION WE SHARE

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless

  • we have your consent
  • we need to share it with our service providers that help us deliver our service and run our business, subject to confidentiality agreements.
  • we have to because it is required by law or to protect you, other users, us, or third parties from harm, including fraud, data security breaches, or where someone’s physical safety seems at risk
  • we reorganize, sell, or otherwise alter company, assets, or business, your data may be transferred, subject to the acquirer accepting the commitments made in this Statement and compliance with applicable law

6        TRANSFERS OF DATA

We process your personal data primarily in Finland, other EU member countries, inside the European Economic Area, or third countries with an adequate level of protection approved by the Commission.
If we need to process your data outside the EU, EEC, or other countries with an adequate level of protection, we will do so subject to the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU Commission, together with appropriate supplementary protection measures where necessary. We will retain your information for as long as the business relationship is active or as needed to provide you with the services you have subscribed to. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

  • Right of data portability: you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you and to transmit the personal data to another controller where the legal basis for processing is a performance of a contract
